Aditya Hṛdaya Stotra
Sunday morning is the classical time for the Āditya Hṛdaya Stotra — the dawn-hymn the sage Agastya gave Rama on the battlefield before Ravana (Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa, Yuddha Kāṇḍa, sarga 105). Recited at sunrise with the arghya, it's the most widely-kept Sunday Sūrya practice today.
